They fixed my faucet in a quick manner, answered every single question I had, and overall were very kind people. The pricing for repair was the best I found especially given the great service.

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. My hot water heater was gushing hot water and my outside faucet was not functioning, Chuck came out within 30 minutes and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed both issues while providing detailed explanation for why the issues were happening.

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job
