Michael Sawyer came out for an estimate and he was really knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. Got a quote for several projects and he gave great insight into the scale of the work and what to expect. Recommend especially for new home owners trying to prioritize their needs.

These people not only are CROOKS but also DISHONEST and you should never hire them but must spread the word around. The authorities should pull their license out. No one deserves the treatment we got. I hired them on 8/7/18 to fix a leak in the outer parameter of my house. They said they fixed it and within an hour it got busted again due to lack of glue in the appropriate area; however they had plenty of glue all over outside the same pipe that had the issue which they should have replaced (see pictures attached). Tried to talk to them and I was told there was no guaranty on their work whatsoever. I left messages for the owner and anyone I could talk to so maybe I’ll have a resolution to my problem…NO ONE CARED TO CALL. This company took the check ($875.29) cashed it immediately and did not care to do anything to fix the issue. No invoice was written or provided for their work. We asked another company to fix the problem and this is what they wrote on their invoice and I quote Replace fittings that were not glued properly at customers water shut off Also gave us a one year guaranty on their work. Further they were cheaper by $200.

The place to call where you are still treated like a customer that matters. They came out on time, didn't make me wait a long time. Gave me a free in home estimate for a plumbing repair with no pressure. I will call them in the future with any plumbing needs that I may have in the future. I don't always take the time to do this, but this company earned recognition!

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

I was able to get a plumber quickly. He did a nice job in a short time. I have used them before and will again.

Other customer reviews is what made me decide to give Best Quality Plumbing a try. It can be challenging in finding a plumber in this area as there are several to choose from. I did the usual and started my research and narrowed down my choices to 4 plumbers. A couple started off very high and in one case, a plumber was going to charge for an estimate. The job required a shower valve swap out and adjustment to the placement of the valve. Chuck was able to do everything I requested and affordable. He is very friendly and professional as others has mentioned. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.
