Best Bathroom Plumbing Services in Plano TX

I had Devard's out on 12/16/22 to perform seasonal maintenance on my heating systems. Previously, I had my house under a home warranty for 4 years and had similar services done by other contractors. I mentioned to Devard's technician (Bryan) that the downstairs unit didn't seem to keep that part of my home warm, although it ran constantly during very cold weather.

Bryan performed the maintenance and found both units operated properly, but he looked at the Nest thermostats controlling them and determined they were connected to the wiring harness incorrectly. Neither prior contractor had looked at the thermostats. Bryan corrected the downstairs thermostat connection to my HVAC equipment and now my heater warms my home to the set temperature in a reasonable time.

While it sounds simple, its made a huge difference in the past few days since the work was performed. Having a professional who not only is competent, but listens and works to solve problems is exceptional, in my opinion.

Hi ,Usually I review rare but I need this to make sure everyone decide before they choose the company for the job.I was told by a foundation company that there was a water or sewer leak and fix it to get things straight at my home.I contacted my agent who is very helpful and gave this company reference for the job.Contacted the company got my leak initial test and was told to go for isolation test -195 $ chargedNext isolation test and charges -695$ found two leaks as per their report and evaluated the excavation needed at 8 feet and two leaks - advised to fixEstimate received-4195 not itemised not sure how much for whatWork started and after a days work was told verbally there was chipping needed and 200 bucks more and after another day passed the work is completed and was told verbally the price is 5595 after completion so now it increased the price from 4195 to 5595 a total of 1400 bucks that's huge and was told no written invoice for the work done just pay and get receipt after payment and threatened to pay now or I will put lean On your house and my attorney talk to you is the answer for asking a written invoice,so rude never saw customers paying huge amounts and no written invoices before for understanding for what I am paying for and how do somebody call professional, honest company with all theseThe price 1200 for was never communicated or agreed .My experience and lesson learntEarlier I got another company done initial test and isolation test for free ( they said we provide free testing and estimates and was interested to know another opinion and I hope everyone does when putting good money) and provided a quote to fix the same leaks for less than the final price honest company did the job .so I advise to check with few companies just don't just go with one especially honest and affordable calling companies , ask every thing in writing and I want to mention one more thing the extra 1200 is for more excavation as per company which is 50 % more than the feet suggested by initial inspection team report and it's so skillfull analysis for almost 900 bucks thank godCharging in multiple chunks does not make it affordable - it’s a scam195 + 695 + 4195 + 200 + 1200 = 6485 my case final priceI am posting my experience in multiple forums just to make everyone aware when making a decision I can provide more info if anyone needs drop me a messageGood luck guys.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!

These guys are ALL amazing! I don’t know how I originally found them but I will not use anyone else now. They come almost immediately anytime I call. Each guy is extremely professional and HONEST. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge.
