Rude and hung up on me!

I have used Lakewood Mechanical for many years. new HVAC, New gas line, and most recently a sewer back-up problem that Chuck (plumbing genius) was able to pin-point and repair, cutting only one square foot of basement floor. Polite, friendly, clean. could not ask for more. Jim Bashline .

Don't recommend.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I had a pipe burst in my home this winter and Fady at Orion was the only plumber who was able to provide an emergency service the same day. He arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. We hired him a few weeks later for lingering plumbing issues around the house. Fady was polite, friendly, and had great communication. I would recommend Orion Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working plumber.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

CJ was the technician who was assigned the annual Spring maintenance on my HOC system. Although that was the assignment, while looking at everything he found other issues that needed to be brought into proper working order. All of which left me more knowledgeable about my thermostat, corrected a condensation flow line, and over all made me extremely happy. His work ethics were way above what has become the norm in today’s service environment. A refreshing experience to say the least. Thank you CJ! I’m no longer worried about the company I will use for my outstanding plumbing issues. Great work!

Customer service was horrible never returned calls. unreliable. Would not recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had to have a dye test done. Which I personally think is a stupid thing you have to do to sell your home.
Alan called to see if he could come by early.
He was very friendly and informative.
If we weren't moving we would use him again.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.
I will be a customer for life.

Nadjim was very professional and courteous. He was able to resolve our issues with our kitchen sink efficiently!! Highly recommend!!
