Very responsive company. We ultimately wound up using a different plumber due to being able to schedule sooner. I must have called a dozen plumbers to try and get our burst pipe addressed and Krupp Whitney was by far the most responsive and helpful despite not being able to schedule us immediately. Can’t comment on their work but I will certainly consider them for any future and less urgent work I need done.

Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
