5 stars all around!! The owner and employees of Nigrelli plumbing are the absolute best. Very Professional, Very thorough, and has an extreme eye for detail! They make you feel like you are the most important client no matter the size of the job. I currently refer my close friends and family to Nigrelli exclusively. Call these guys!!

Well, the bad news is we had a s&i*uation that required us to deal with about 6 different people at Stahl...the good news is they were all amazing. Living in the South Hills at multiple different places over the years, we have seen our share of plumbers. Hands down the best group of people we have worked with - efficient, to-the-point, results driven. They answered the phone early on a Saturday and came out within the hour, tried to fix our situation, called for backup to camera and scope where we discovered a major blockage issue, all while we watched the display and they transparently shared what they were doing. Within 48 hours, they had coordinated the larger crew to come in do some excavation, repair the issue and get us operational again, cleaned up and were out of there. Absolutely fantastic experience and as they say - you have a plumbing issue? Better call Stahl!!

This company was very accommodating to me and my family in our time of need when our furnace broke!!! They were kind and extremely helpful and I will be using them from now on for all of my HVAC needs !!!!!

We had a great experience with Krupp Whitney Plumbing for trenchless sewer line repair. Their quote was well under others we received, they do not outsource their labor, the employees are kind, speedy, and trustworthy. Everything was done in the time frame that was promised at the price that was promised.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently hired Orion as my usual plumber was too booked but he recommended using them. Our 100 yr+ plus old cast iron stack pipe finally cracked and leaked. Orion came same day as called for an estimate and review, and was back the following morning to do all the necessary work, and didnt leave until completed, tested, and cleaned up afterwards. Service was affordable compared to more widely advertised plumbers, with all work satisfactorily done, with any emerging issues explained and resolved - you start working on a house like ours, you're gonna encounter things you didn't expect. Highly recommended and would use again!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Devin is a great plumber / tech. He isn't trying to sell you any extra services or mislead you about what's wrong with your plumbing. He is efficient at clearing drain clogs without bringing out the big guns unless necessary. He usually clears out the clogs using just a camera and then makes sure to view all the pipes to verify everything is perfect before leaving our home.

I've used a few plumbers before landing on McVay and specifically Devin. I won't use anyone else in the future.

These guys were awesome and super responsive. We had a sump issue and it was so loud it sounded like the whole house was shaking. They came out and replaced it in the same day and were very knowledgeable about everything to help us in the future. 10/10 recommend.

I was extremely pleased with Proudfoot's help. Chad was on-time, super efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix the issue with my sink's drain in under 30 minutes, and I was able to go back to work on time!

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.
