Best Sewer Line Cleaning in Pittsburgh PA

I found a small leak under my water heater and called Ace plumbing. Jerry came out the next morning to have a look and let us know we indeed would need a replacement. He changed the water heater 45 minutes later. Jerry was great! Super friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend to all in need of a plumber.

I have used Lakewood a few times in the last couple months. I always request Chuck. He performs quality work is funny and genuinely a really nice guy! I would definitely use them in the future if needed. Of course i will request Chuck! Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Chris is great! I own a business and he is always willing to get to my office within a few hours to make sure my facilities are up and running (even if it is bright and early at 7am!) He is also honest, has done many jobs for me and once (only once) he did not the right equipment available to do the job. He not only let me know that, where others might have said they fixed it and charged me anyway but he also helped me find someone who could fix it for me! Talk about true customer service and it is always done with a friendly smile!

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

Really pleased with my experience with McVay. They were prompt and professional, and kept in good contact over the course of the week I worked with them. I had a water in my basement but couldn't figure out why. Greg found the source of the leak, shut off the water and returned to fix it a few days later. (The house a working bathroom and kitchen on a different water line so shutting off another line for a few days was not a problem.) I also found the phone operators/dispatchers to be friendly, clear and helpful. I will continue to use McVay for my plumbing needs.

Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing and HVAC is a fantastic company to deal with! My wife and I had a hot water tank and a toilet installed on 3-5-21. The two plumbers that came to do the installation, Jay and Todd were very courteous and answered all my questions during the installation. They did the installation professionally and cleaned up after they were done.

I have been dealing with Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing for well over 10 years now and the owners, Chris and Alice are the greatest to deal with. They have helped my wife and I many times with our plumbing problems over the years and I highly recommend giving them a call to fix your plumbing needs!

I've had them before I find them to be fair and honest.

Poor communication/unresponsive. He would schedule a time, then push the time. Showed up 2 hours after the initial appointment, said that he'd put me on the schedule for a week later but would confirm the following day. I repeatedly messaged him to confirm and the day before he was supposedly going to get me on the schedule, he canceled. If you want a runaround, by all means work with him. Unfortunately, I don't have time to sit around and wait for someone who doesn't value other people's time.
Would not recommend.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. I've used Mr. Rooter services for at least 16 years. The technicians are always on time, polite, and very personable. I always trust their opinions about what needs to be done, and have never felt pressured to agree to extra services. The pricing is always reasonable.Today I got a text before the technician arrived, including his photograph so I would recognize him when he arrived. I really appreciated the extra security of knowing he was who I was expecting, before having him into the house. Great idea!
