First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I had a pipe burst in my home this winter and Fady at Orion was the only plumber who was able to provide an emergency service the same day. He arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. We hired him a few weeks later for lingering plumbing issues around the house. We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.
