We had a great experience with Mr. Nigrelli and his employees. Everyone was respectful and courteous. Very clean and a job well done. I have owned 4 houses over the last 24 years, and have hired a lot of contractors, and these guys are top-notch.

Great guy and great work.

Had some down spout issues that he helped solve that were rather perplexing. His equipment helped find the problem right away. Plus, I have had their crew come back a few times for other drain issues in our old house.

Our house may be older, but our plumbing is going to last for another 100 years.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently hired Orion as my usual plumber was too booked but he recommended using them. Our 100 yr+ plus old cast iron stack pipe finally cracked and leaked. Orion came same day as called for an estimate and review, and was back the following morning to do all the necessary work, and didnt leave until completed, tested, and cleaned up afterwards. Service was affordable compared to more widely advertised plumbers, with all work satisfactorily done, with any emerging issues explained and resolved - you start working on a house like ours, you're gonna encounter things you didn't expect. Highly recommended and would use again!

I had to get a dye test when selling my home, and thought I needed to get another type of plumbing inspection done. When calling around to get information and estimates, Chris was the most responsive and helpfully explained the process (I originally was getting the information mixed up and didn’t end up needing to schedule the other inspection). I would highly recommend all-pro Pittsburgh back flow - they were very helpful, professional and great value!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

We have owned our 1947 home for 10 years and our bathroom sink has been sporadically slow for all of them. We have had plumbers in that either temporarily resolved the issue, came up with a solution that didn’t make sense (and rather expensive), or offered to knock down a wall (disruptive and expensive).
I happened to come into contact with McVay through a friend who lauded his experiences. So when it clogged again, there was only one option to try.
The office is congenial and engaging and put us into an appointment that worked well. Communication from confirming the time in the morning through the actual arrival was outstanding!
Upon arrival, the technician was friendly and asked about masking. As he was going to be solo and we’ve been vaccinated fully, wasn’t a concern.
Went right up with my wife and asked her questions as to the problem’s history and what her thoughts were. With that he went right to work.
20 minutes and 15-20 feet later he found the equivalent of a cat causing the problem! Water everywhere (as to be expected in unclogging a pipe that long) though he contained it and left the area immaculate and dry!
He even adjusted the handle on our toilet!
Has never drained faster and it’s been over a week! We are ready for the holidays with family and friends.
While cost of service is important, not being charged for needless repairs is more so! Add to that the punctual and professional service and we have found an outstanding support team for our plumbing needs!

These guys were awesome and super responsive. We had a sump issue and it was so loud it sounded like the whole house was shaking. They came out and replaced it in the same day and were very knowledgeable about everything to help us in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Service is always amazing!

Came fast and fixed it fast.

Giving it a 3 because I heard the gentleman ask his boss on the phone the part is under warranty so what should we charge for the labor. Ended up to agreeing to 350, ended up paying 430 because of a $80 restocking fee I was never told about.

Also the dudes walked around the house in wet boots and didn't put the shoe covers on until I had to ask them about it.

Average experience.
