I tried other places before finding Ace Plumbing and they all either wanted way too much money or were unfriendly and difficult to talk to or get an estimate from. Jerry was great right from the first call, friendly, easy to talk to, gave a quick estimate, reasonable cost, and was out the next day to complete the job. He was prompt and did nice work. Much appreciated! I will be holding onto Ace's number for any future plumbing needs.

While the workmanship was acceptable they are outrageously EXPENSIVE. Charged over $400 an hour. Would not recommend or use again.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!

Chris arrived promptly and fixed the leak in my downstairs toilet. He measured my water pressure and gave me advice on how it should be monitored going forward. In fact, I asked him about a number of different plumbing problems that I didn't actually have but always wondered about. Their work is exceptional (tankless water heater and gas line to the kitchen) and better yet the respect they have for your home is unparalleled. WARRANTY CLAIMS BEWARE! Will perform work without prior authorization AND then expect payment for said services when your warranty company doesn't cover the charges. Misleading to clients and would never recommend, despite having 24 hour emergency service.
