Ace plumbing is just the best, quick, reliable, and charges reasonably i have hired him so many times on different occasions his always on time and always there to put his name way on top i highly recommend it.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.

Poor communication/unresponsive. He would schedule a time, then push the time. Showed up 2 hours after the initial appointment, said that he'd put me on the schedule for a week later but would confirm the following day. I repeatedly messaged him to confirm and the day before he was supposedly going to get me on the schedule, he canceled. If you want a runaround, by all means work with him. Unfortunately, I don't have time to sit around and wait for someone who doesn't value other people's time.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Thank you, Zoom Drain!

Matt did a wonderful job answering the million questions I had and cleaning out the drain. He is an asset to Mr. Rooter. The payment was on the lower end of the average cost for that same service in my area. Would absolutely recommend Matt Pitts and Mr. Rooter.

Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area.
