Very satisfied with our service with Jerry. He showed up on time and came the same day I called. His price was very reasonable and workmanship grate. Will be calling him if I need any plumbing in the future. Would definately recommend him to anyone needing good, reliable service.

He removed a rusty old outdoor faucet for me and installed a new one. He did a great job for a great price.

Rich and Bill have worked to fix another plumbers subpar work. Also I’ve had them install a new kitchen sink, fix a toilet and leaky old plumbing from 1955. They have both been prompt, wear shoes covers and never leave a mess. I will use them again!

I reached out to Chris in the middle of the day when I needed a sewer cam inspection to sell my house. Chris promptly answered his phone, and made time in his busy day to help me out. Not only did he run the cam inspection, he also made time to service a few of my outdoor copper lines that had broke in the past. Very professional, very respectful, and very honest!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Cody replaced the valve on our water meter which was causing low water pressure. The work was more involved than we expected, but he stayed until it was all fixed. We now have good water pressure again. Thank you Cody!

My residence developed a sewer line block. The 'Brookline plumber' showed up the next day. 'Jason Harris' was the service technician. Jason was proffessional,skillful,and courteous.The sewer blockage was 45 feet into the line.Jason located and removed the blockage within an hour..Who could ask for better service?.I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this plumber. He broke the part and came back 2 weeks later saying he couldn't find the part he was looking for. We still paid for the service. Now the handle is just hanging there with the nail sticking out. That handle controls the temperature and I sometimes have to unscrew it middle of shower to get right temperature water.

Called to set up an appointment, got one and the lady that helped me was nice. There was no issue with our location. Had to cancel due to a family medical issue. Called back to reschedule. I was met with a totally rude attitude from the female that answered the phone. She told me they didn't come out to our area. So... The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the first encounter. I called another plumber. Thanks to the call to reschedule, they lost a $700 call.

They did a great job at reasonable prices, and they're nice to the annoying cats! After they updated our dryer fixtures, we had them back to do the kitchen, and now our furnace!
