As a business owner I have to be careful who I refer to my customers....I have been using all pro pgh backflow camera services for several years now...what I like about them is they always get back to all my customers and I really can trust what they say....this really helps me give better solutions to all my customers..I would reccomend all pro pgh backflow to everyone...

We had a laundry room drain backing up. Called McVay and they had Mitchell Wiggins come out the same day. He was able to unclog the drain and found the source of the issue. We have an older home. He was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Explained everything well. We've used McVay before and will continue to use them.

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.

Very professional and took care of a very stubborn problem I could not resolve. Great service would and would highly recommend.

John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!! My home warranty company called these professionals its been over a month and my toilet is still running, the piece that they ordered, they said it would take a week to come and over a month for the piece to come in I had to call them to see if it was in ! Was told i was going to get a call to schedule the appointment to come back out to my house two weeks later still no call ! Every time i talk to this man on the phone he is extremely rude and unprofessional !!!! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

So rude and disrespectful.My family has given them thousands over the years and advised my elderly mother that she should find another plumber if she gets confused on dates for appointments or because I called another plumber to stop by one time when they claim to be busy. Totally unprofessional and discourteous. The son of the owner is totally lazy and obnoxious since the business was handed to him by his father. Otherwise, he'd be a McDonald's employee.

The guy told my husband that we needed a snake and camera and charged him for both but never did the camera. He said he didn't have the camera in his van and would be sending someone else out to do it, but no one has come to do it nor have they refunded our money. He has called numerous times as well but they pass him off to a phone number with an answering machine. Will definitely take our business elsewhere and will encourage all friends and colleagues to do the same

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Scott was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem with the grinder sump pump immediately. He also provided toilet repairs and advise on how to resolve additional problems. Best plumber I ever dealt with.

They came and gave an estimate almost immediately. Very professional, courteous, honest and have reasonable rates...even found a way to do the repairs so I could afford it!!🙂 I highly recommend OK ROTOR DRAIN CLEANING👍

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!

I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!
