KW left a horrible mess. I knew I would have to rebuild my retaining wall, but the backfill job they did is atrocious. It’s a big, clumpy mess that is nearly impossible to dig through for me to fix this landscaping. They came back to fill the hole while I was at work, and I came home to this mess. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you don’t want your landscaping to be left destroyed.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Chris Lippi saved the day! He was recommended from friends and he came within a day to repair my toilet that needed fixed up. Courteous , professional look and so kind and fun! Had all the parts in his van and all services done in under an hour ending with an immediate digital receipt! USE ALL-PRO BACKFLOW, best in the Burgh!!

Mcvay sent a young man named Kevin to my house this week. He provided pleasant, friendly and excellent service. Several years ago another company told me I needed something done that cost $6,000. I called Mcvay for a second opinion and they saved me thousands of dollars. I have found them to be very honest.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

Will was very professional and attentive to our leak. He made sure everything was straight and in order and made sure he found the problem. I would highly recommend him to anybody and his company!

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

We used Gillece to fix an outlet that randomly stopped working. Hal was very nice, professional and was able to find and fix the source of the problem pretty quickly. He also broke down what the issue was and explained fees/costs and potential next steps before ever moving forward which was awesome for someone with very little electrical knowledge like me.
