Scott came to my house to do a sewer drain video. He was prompt and explained in great detail what he was seeing. He was very honest. These are trustworthy plumbers to work with.

What's most impressive,amongst other stuff, is that from my initial call to schedule Chris to come out & assess my issue until the job was complete was less than 24 hours. Definitely a skilled plumber, who takes a lot of pride in his work, to insure the job is done right...2 Thumbs way up!!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

The technician arrived promptly and in the timeframe that was mentioned earlier in the day when my original call for service was made. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to identify the problem quickly and more importantly fix the issue with our water heater. The cost was very fair and I will use their services again for any plumbing or HVAC needs or issues that may arise.

Perfection, Professional, Pure Happiness!!! Sullivan super service quoted me over $7000 for digging up the sewer line in the back of my basement. Roto rotor came said the problem is in front of basement quoted me over $9000. Over $16,000 for basement plumbing, sale the house and move became an option. I bought a snake, and a shopvac, for the last 4 years snaking and vac my basement 3 to 4 times a week. I put projects, events, and goals on hold because of this. I got an extra job, I decide I have to do this digging job myself. I looked for and tried any options. I saw Hydro jetting a couple years ago on internet. But no companies in Pittsburgh. I gave up searching and started saving $$$. Before buying my 1st pieces of equipment. I did one more internet search and found DAP Sewer Drain. You hear it, but I experience it. This man saved me Thousands of $$$$.
My whole basement sewer was blocked and clogged from the street to the back of the house. Amazing, DAP Blasted and cleaned out my whole basement line. He used his camera we found a hotel key card in the sewer line. The card was stuck diagonal in the pipes like a divide sign (). He obliterated that key card. My sewer line was really bad, this man had to use extra nozzles, extra pressure boost. Not only did it destroy any clogs, it cleaned inside of the pipes. Watching these man run from one drain to the other making progress. You can see this man enjoys his job and had fun. The smell in the house was the 1st thing I noticed. NO More sewage smell!!!!!! No Digging, no replacing. Perfection, looking thru the camera my pipe our perfect, clean, and clear of any buildup. Professional, great communication from the 1st conversation, text reminders, accurate timing. Pure Happiness, my worrying, my goals everything quick change. Hydro jetting is a must. This whole experience was like watching a tiktok or YouTube video, this man came and did his thing. Don’t call anybody else. Highly recommended. His work effort earned all my future business. We had a leak in our bathroom and they were able to send out a plumber the very next day! He came within the specified window, explained exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. Cliff was very courteous and displayed great knowledge of his work. He took the time to explain the root cause of the problem and identified another issue and resolved in a timely manner. Without him identifying the hidden issue we would’ve had a more severe damage from a slow leak in our upstairs bathroom. Definitely recommend to anyone. Marcus Bland was the repair man. He arrived in the time estimated. He was SO very pleasant on this Easter Sunday morning! He was professional, and he explained the issue well. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would be happy to have him do any necessary repair work in the future.

It's not often you find such an honest and quality service business such as Orie Plumbing.

I had a small leak coming from my main water line and had previously been told by a competing plumbing business that in order to stop the leak I would need a full line replacement costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was given this estimate after the competing business worker took a lazy 2 second look at the pipe and then charged me $100 for the visit.

It was a completely different experience when Brett from Orie showed up pleasant and on time last Tuesday. I showed him the leak, explaining the situation, hoping for a more reasonable solution. He thoroughly looked at the main water pipe and discovered that it was the shut off valve that was leaking from behind where it wasn't easy to see (originally believing that the leak was coming up from the cement floor). Brett explained that the shut off valve should be replaced. He then tightened the connection and the water stopped trickling instantly.

Since Brett was so sincere and explained the best option would be to replace the valve with a newer more modern one and in addition add a new filter and compression valve (something that wasn't caught in my inspection), I decided to schedule the service (and it was performed the very next day). Brett also suggested I have an overflow tank installed to extend the life of the hot water tank. I was impressed by his desire to provide the best solution possible and one that was well within my budget. Convinced by his sincerity, I brought up 2 more smaller plumbing issues that have been bugging me for months. Long story short Brett's work on the main water pipe and hot water tank was extraordinary and solid and he fixed my slowly dripping faucet and randomly running toilet. Both proved to be a tougher fix than first anticipated but Brett found a solid solution for each.

Extremely impressed by the service I received, I'm now about to schedule to have my old slightly broken shower fixture replaced. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonable and trust worthy plumbing company look no further than Orie.

Just used Sewer Flow to unclog drains at a rental property. Called after hours and got a very quick response. They came early next morning and solved the problem quickly and professionally. Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
