The plumber that got dispatched to me mentioned on several occasions that the more expensive option would have him home and in bed much sooner. When I didn’t sign on for the more expensive option, he spent 45 minutes putting a snake about 1.5’ into my drain and explaining to be how there’s not a line clog. Said I needed to drop $7000 to have my yard excavated and the house trap replaced. Charged me $320 and accomplished zero to fix my issue. He even admitted before he left that what he did was never going to help. I found the clog myself the next day and have been slowly working it away (it was my kitchen sink and not the house trap that he never located). Always great when professionals are so disinterested in fixing an issue because they get paid regardless of results.

Called gillece for ac unit repair, they came within a few hours, Ron and Tom came out and was very informational and educational about my worries on my ac and furnace and along with other problems and worries I was having with the new purchase of my home. They came and got my ac running back new and replaced my old ac unit with a new product from gillece. I recommend if you haven’t gotten your ac and furnace serviced to do it now through gillece

We had a leak in our bathroom and they were able to send out a plumber the very next day! He came within the specified window, explained exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. When the water company came knocking on our door to alert us of a leak within our service line we immediately contacted Brian with Diesel Plumbing. He provided clear instruction on what we needed to do. We contacted the leak detection company and alerted Brian to when our appointment was scheduled. Shortly after the leak detection company came and completed their assessment Brian arrived and evaluated the situation, he put a plan in place and was back with his machines first thing Monday morning! It was a messy job but Brian and his team got the job done within hours and got us back on the up and up with the water company! We highly recommend Brian for any of your plumbing needs! Great service! Cliff was able to schedule me right away and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable rate. He was also very knowledgeable and help solve a mystery with another plumbing problem I had that nobody else knew. This is a professional service that I will recommend to family and friends.

I have been living with a costly and stressful plumbing situation for months, and had already had bad experiences with 2 other local plumbing companies. As such I was very skeptical about calling someone else. I decided to call Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of 2 of my friends as my problem was now beyond just living with it. The lady who took my order and sent out the plumber was not only courteous, but very attentive and made sure that they kept me informed as to when I would have a plumber at my home. She did this by keeping in contact throughout my wait by phone. I was not used to such attentive service, and it was greatly appreciated. When Mr. Orlando Knuckle did finally arrive, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I had several problems which were spread over a few days. Not only did he help solve my plumbing problems, but he did so with pride in his work, while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer, even though we had only just met. My experience overall with the Mr. Rooter company was timely, and very much needed. The jobs were also priced fairly and the staff and Mr. Knuckle were HONEST. This has not always been a given when hiring someone to come into my home to do a home repair like this. This company and Orlando now have a new and most likely lifetime customer, or for at least as long as I still live in this area. I simply cannot thank or recommend the company, and especially Mr. Knuckle enough.

Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
