I was given a very detailed quote letting me know exactly what portion of the sewer was on side & what portion was on a shared side with a neighbor. Donora didn't think there was a way to video this line except through the roof vent pipe, which is too small & far from where we needed. The tech had no issue taking of a pipe to the side of the home & connecting when done. Good job! (I ended up not purchasing the home, based on what was found.) Side note, I highly suggest old homes have this company line your old sewer line before they start collapsing. One can't line an already collapsing line.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. I had an abandoned, poorly sealed sewer line that was smelling up my basement (previous owner had toilet removed). DR plumbing came, diagnosed the issue and described exactly what needed to be done to properly cap the line. They described the best case scenario but also stipulated there could be more work depending on what they found (solving my issue required a small amount of excavation around the existing pipe). I appreciated knowing that ahead of time.

They communicated well, solved the issue quickly and answered all my questions before, during and after the job.

I will absolutely be using them again should the need arise.

Do NOT use this company. We were assigned this company through our home warranty. They are very unprofessional and are not even doing their job fully. Didn’t even try to diagnose our leak on our hot water tank. They tightened the bolt on the first visit. We even showed them photos of it leaking. They left and not even 3 days after it still continued to leak, had them come back. They said nothing is mechanically wrong because it wasn’t leaking at the time of arrival. Didn’t care to even try to turn on the water in the house to prove. Not even there for 5 min. Now it 2 weeks later the pipe is STILL leaking. Called to have them come back and said I am wasting their time and they are not coming back because nothing is wrong. Yet they didn’t even try to prove that it was leaking! Very rude very unprofessional. Awful company. Do not use this company. The owner is rude and ignorant. They shouldn’t even be considered a plumbing company because they don’t do anything to solve the issue at hand. A total joke of a company!!!
