I just had the pleasure of meeting Bill at hardware store just now and he took the time to ask me what type of project and problem I was having and took me right to the item I needed. Help like that does not come around any more without wanting something in return. Wish I would have meet him 2 weeks ago before I started my hot water tank installation. I completed a short notice contact through Angie’s List. Which lead me in contact with this plumbing co. I received an
assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional courteous and respectful of the kitchen area. He went as far as to explain what all was done and what should not happen going forward. I was very pleased & impressed!

Had what seemed to be a pipe burst but ended up being a pressure reduction valve breaking. They were on site and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. Tom, the plumber was professional and courteous. I would hire again.

Vince was a real life saver. City did some work on the water lines and in the process caused a blockage of my sewer line. Vince was there within a few hours and met with me and schedule the snaking for the next morning. He was able to diagnose with blockage and pin point where it was. He also reviewed the footage sent from the city and determined that it wasn’t even my house. His expertise allow me to go to the city with full confidence and have the issue resolved. I’ve used Gillece twice before and had good experiences both time so I had a electrical project that I wanted to use them again. The project was to install for lights in my drop ceiling which I had already purchased the lights wire and all the materials needed to do the project so this was to be labor only. I explained all of this to the office and they sent a technician to my home. The technician told me it would take about two hours and he was going to cut me a break on the price which was $3200. Keep in mind, I’ve purchased All of the materials in advance. That comes to $1600 an hour labor. They are out of their mind! That is taking Advantage and because of this I will never use them again
