Every time they are there within two hours. I have met a lot of plumbers and by far this company is the best to deal with from pricing to timely completion of work. Woke up to a furnace not working, called Lakewood Mechanical and they were at my home withing hours. Prompt service, excellent repair, and courteous service people. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends.

I was given a very detailed quote letting me know exactly what portion of the sewer was on side & what portion was on a shared side with a neighbor. Donora didn't think there was a way to video this line except through the roof vent pipe, which is too small & far from where we needed. The tech had no issue taking of a pipe to the side of the home & connecting when done. Good job! (I ended up not purchasing the home, based on what was found.) Side note, I highly suggest old homes have this company line your old sewer line before they start collapsing. One can't line an already collapsing line.

I recently used Alex at Orion Plumbing to repair and replace a new garbage disposal in my home. He was quick to reply, effecient in his work and gave extremely fair and reasonable prices based on the other quotes I received. About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

CHANGING MY REVIEW!!! Will hadn’t even done anything when he first got here, but said he still had to charge me a service fee of $200. Then he said he could run a snake down it & it would cost $250 & eliminate the service fee. So I said to go ahead & run the snake. Then he said he couldn’t do that because it was too clogged, so he had to jet it, which cost almost $900! He gave me an estimate for almost $8,000 to fix what he said was the problem. He tried to pressure me into contracting them by saying he’d take the $900 I paid to have it jetted off, if I contracted them then & there. Luckily I didn’t do that. I had a second company come out the next day. They checked it & said the problem wasn’t even what Will said it was, and then he fixed the problem same day for $1,000. Glad I didn’t let Will pressure me into contracting them, but I wish I wouldn’t have wasted the $900 to have him jet it out! I will definitely never be calling Mr. Rooter again & I will strongly advise others against it!!!

Jaros Plumbing is the exact type of plumber I was hoping to get when I went looking for one.

They showed up the very next day after I called. They replaced a very old pressure regulator for our home, replaced our water heater, and replaced a broken shut off in a few short hours. Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. Afterwards, they spent extra time explaining other things they saw while working and offered free advice for how to monitor them.

The price was exceptionally fair as well, especially in this day and age.

I will absolutely be a returning customer the next time I need work done, and I will be recommending them to friends.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.

Gillece is a great company! They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, very clear on what work was needed and the cost was very reasonable. The technician was very personable and efficient in his work. I would work with Gillece again in the future.
