This is the third time I have called k-plumbing in 4 years. Every time I call the response time is unmatched. When you need a plumber it is usally for an emergency. Every time they are there within two hours. I have met a lot of plumbers and by far this company is the best to deal with from pricing to timely completion of work. I've had two experiences with this company, and on both occasions I was very impressed. Availability by phone during posted business hours is excellent, communication is consistently professional, and they were able to accommodate my emergent service request within 90 minutes, solving my plumbing problem within an hour of arrival and for a price that was more than fair. I will not hesitate to call Krupp Whitney in the future--its a relief to know that you have a service provider that you can trust to consistently provide a stress-free experience and get the job done.

Showering outside with a garden hose wasn't all that bad in the summer months, but something had to be done. My basement kept flooding whenever we used the upstairs bathroom and it was either that or the utility sink to wash our bits and pieces.

Gillece quoted me at around $8,000 to rip up the concrete under my house and run new pipe, but the dude seemed shady. I was about to roll up my sleeves and immerse myself in YouTube University's crash course in Plumbing 101, when my real estate broker recommended I call McVay.

They came and ran a camera down the pipeline, finding the real cause of my plumbing woes. Roots were growing into my pipe in addition to the whole thing being constructed half-assed by the guy I purchased the house from less than a year prior.

Mike and the crew were a bit overbooked, so it would be a month or so until they could do the work, but he honored his agreement to come and snake out the roots for free whenever needed until the scheduled appointment. They got the job done and were upfront and honest with me, showing camera footage and going over the details of what they were doing. The job came in at a fraction of what I was quoted by Gillece and I'm positive they did a better job than another plumbing company or my drunken buddies and I would have done.

Great run business. Owners actually care about their clients and deal with them directly. No middle man here. I don’t even live in the Pittsburgh area but I only deal with Kali and Paul with all rentals. One phone call and the issue is handled professionally and at a fair price. Not once did I get a negative feed back from any of my tenants. In fact it’s the exact opposite. I highly recommend them as it’s done right the first time and that’s what I really care about.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Jaros Plumbing is the exact type of plumber I was hoping to get when I went looking for one.

They showed up the very next day after I called. They replaced a very old pressure regulator for our home, replaced our water heater, and replaced a broken shut off in a few short hours. Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. Afterwards, they spent extra time explaining other things they saw while working and offered free advice for how to monitor them.

The price was exceptionally fair as well, especially in this day and age.

I will absolutely be a returning customer the next time I need work done, and I will be recommending them to friends.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

I have known Gary for almost 50 years. they have done numerous jobs for me at home and at work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating job.

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.
