We had some work done by another company that necessitated coordinating with the water company for some work on the shutoff valve at the street. When the other company initially failed to complete their job (and tried to blame the water company, when it was their own fault), they escalated to Stahl. David came by at the end of the day on a Friday and quickly diagnosed the issue. His diagnosis and coordination with the other company prompted the other company to make things right and complete the job. Knowing what I know now, I would have gone with Stahl in the first place. Thanks again for your help!

I called late one evening asking Nate for advice on my bathtub. I didn’t think that I could fix it myself, so he offered to send a crew member to my house that very next morning! The crew member was polite, respectful, and got the job done very quickly and efficiently! Since we only have one shower/bathtub, this saved me a lot of frustration! Thank you so much guys!

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

Could have not been more satisfied with the Tec.
He was smiling from the minute he exited the truck at 8:30am.
He explained the drain clog and my options, which were few.
He called back to office and spoke with Mike Mcvay and took pictures.
The price for the service call was well within my price range.
I recommend Mcvay Plumbing to anyone needing help.
But remember the Tec and you as a customer never know the depth of the problem until it's uncovered. No one expects the repair to be than what you see.
