Could not be more impressed with Cole and Craig who were the A.P.E.S plumbers that fixed our sink. Not only were they fast and efficient you could really tell they knew their stuff. Upon greeting them at the door they introduced themselves and detailed the work to be done. They asked about my holiday and we took time to exchange some stories while they were hard at work. Again this was a fabulous experience and the workmanship was top notch. Impressive.

Great overall experience! Lorenzo was great and super helpful! I’d suggest using this service specifically because of him and his ability to connect and explain the situation to someone who doesn’t understand/ new home owner. I hope that Roto-Rooter understands the value of having someone like him on their team and rewards him for his effort. Understanding it takes a team to get someone out here he ultimately is the face of the company since we directly interacted with him and I gotta say he did everything to make a good lasting impression. They where awesome we had a plumbing problem and I contacted them at night the next morning they where here. They where professional extremely nice and helpful they where patient with my billion questions I had and they where honest and helpful with the payment and their prices where more than reasonable and fare. They where clean and respectful of the COVID pandemic and made sure they kept a good distance and wore masks. I would recommend this company over any other company.

My water heater was leaking, and I had Dillon come out on March 24th to see if it was worth repairing. He was here on time, and worker quick and efficiently. He had a brand new water heater installed with 2 hours, plus the lowest price in town!
