We were all in with the installation plan when he informed us of their warranty programs and excellent customer service. Start to finish Nate was professional and personal. He helped us pick the perfect 2 system package for our home. He answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. We had plumbing issues in the middle of the night and called rotor rooters for morning servicing. The call center scheduled me for 8-10am. Morning came but no plumber. I called the company and they told me that their time frame is usually 4 hours so give them until noon. I waited till 1pm and called again and was told that there was a surge in calls in my area so I would have to wait another COUPLE OF HOURS. I had no water in my house and I had no other choice but to wait. While I was waiting the whole day, I explained what was going on with the plumbing to the dispatcher multiple times. Finally a technician came at 5pm. As the technician looked at the issue, he said that he didn’t know what to do. He tried calling his manager who became MIA and another plumber was sent home to get tested for COVID. The poor guy was left to figure it out on his own and even made an effort to call a plumber in another state for help. I called rotor rooter because I believed that they were a reputable company but I was sadly mistaken. It seems like there is no one that knows how to do anything and no structure. We didn’t get anything fixed and wasted a whole day waiting for nothing.

Tyler was quite a friendly professional. He was great about explaining what steps he needed to take. He was very polite and considerate. He was able to install the Flo By Moen water flow meter/shutoff system for me in a tight space rather than tear through the drywall. Excellent service.

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.
