All I would like to say is that we scheduled an appointment on Monday, July, 18th under phone number ending in 9705. The only reason why we scheduled is because you guys have a deal online for $69.00 which if im not mistaken was supposed to include a camera inspection, and clearing from the drain. Well that didn't happen at all. After 2 hours of waiting the plumber arrived and "inspected' the bathroom where there was leakage. The price immediately went from $69.00 - $600 when we asked about the "special' that you guys had he's attitude completely changed almost brushing us off and or trying to avoid the question all he said was that camera inspection wasn't included nor running the snake so im a little bit confused with the whole situation and so call deal that you guys offered. And take in consideration that when booking the appointment i asked about the deal and told the same thing.

They arrived promptly and quickly on a Sunday morning call out on a holiday weekend. The technician was professional and friendly. The technician started work immediately and solved our problems within a few minutes. I will not hesitate to use their services again if needed.
