I am a property manager and I have worked for several Management Companies- no matter where I work, I ALWAYS use Arizona Plumbing as a vendor. They are awesome. They provide clean, prompt, and outstanding service every single time. Thank you for your service, time, and effort.

I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Lazlo plumbing is great. They came out immediately, did a good job, and charged a fair price. I recommend their business.

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I used Water Heaters Only about 9 to 10 years ago and loved their service and prices. It was time for a new gas water heater so I called them again. Dillon was my installer on 3-4-2019 and he was not only proficient and knowledgeable, he was awesome to talk with. He provided me with options and prices for replacing the thermostat or replacing the entire water heater. I'm a little intimidated with gas products, but Dillon went through the steps with me on how to drain the water heater to prevent build up in the tank. He did a great job cleaning up afterwards and showed me how to operate the thermostat. Thanks so much Dillon. I will definitely recommend both Water Heaters Only and Dillon to my friends and neighbors. This is a top notch company with outstanding customer service.

I needed a gas line run from the meter to the backyard patio for a natural gas BBQ grill. RP Piping responded promptly with a fair quote, helped with the paperwork needed for HOA approval, pulled the required city permit, arranged for utility markings, and did the entire job in two days. A day in between the digging/installation and the trench backfill was needed for the city inspector to certify the work. Everything is working perfectly and I could not be more pleased and I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you need any kind of gas line repair or installation you need to give these folks a call.

BPDI is a great company to work with! The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The technician (Eric) was super efficient and worked with our schedule. Adrienne was very helpful in helping schedule our service and understanding what our needs were. Debbie and Kathy in the office are always pleasant and also helpful! We will definitely be using them in the future!
