Called Diamondback Plumbing over the weekend to request an appointment to identify a leak on the side of my elderly parents home. Levi came out before noon on Monday and worked so hard to identify the source of the leak. Levi was thoughtful, respectful, proactive and a great guy in addition to finding our problem. This company was amazing! Our water heater broke and leaked into our walls at 10pm at night on December 23rd. We called him that night and he came out within 40 minutes to drain our tank and take it down. He then came out the next day, on Christmas Eve, to install the new one. Throughout my experience with him, he was professional and responded so quickly to our emergency situation. He even referred us to a renovation company who came out the same day to dry out the walls and start the repair. This company was very reasonably priced and didn't charge extra for the late night emergency or the holiday weekend. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

The service was outstanding. The lead technician,Roger, gave us options regarding our collapsed sewer line. We were impressed in that he did not use pressure tactics or inflate the price given the current market where prices are escalating. We will refer this company to neighbors who have already inquired.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!
