Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Responsive, courteous and diligent. These guys solved problems others just couldn’t, or wouldn’t, figure out. These guys are great to work from the people in the office to the technician on site, especially Daniel. We will never call another plumber.

Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access

Plumber was thorough, knowledgeable, tidy, polite and clean. I was very happy with the service.

Technician was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain my plumbing issues. He even pointed out that it appeared my water softener may not be working properly and tested my water to confirm he was correct. He went above and beyond to service my home!

Our kitchen sink was clogged so we called a big name plumbing co., they charged us $300+ and failed to unclog our drain and then went on to say we would need extensive work.
I felt like we needed a second opinion, so i searched reviews and I found Zippity Split Plumbing. Zippity Split came in and within 15-20 minutes unclogged our drain for only $91. I was so thankful since we had been without a sink all weekend. Our Zippity Split plumber was kind, courteous and highly skilled. One thing that really stood out to us about Blue Drop Plumbing & Rooter was their pricing. We were expecting the repairs to be quite expensive, but the total cost ended up being under $275.00, which was very reasonable. We also appreciated the fact that they offer a 2-year warranty on their work, which gave us added peace of mind.
