It may not have been Melvin, but it definitely was Moe and Curly. P&S replaced my A/C several years back, and the install was shoddy at best. The attached pictures paint a vivid story. In addition to the issues displayed in the pictures, a second return vent was installed in the living room, leaving a large drywall crack next to it. The second return does not work anyways since the return duct work was incorrectly hung in the attic. Not sure what went wrong with the unit during install, but it rattles loud at startup, like a kid rattling a box of rocks. Calling a tech didn't do any good; he pretended not to hear the noise that even my next door neighbors can hear with their windows shut. Truly, Melvin would be a step up. Update: I recently completed a thorough home home renovation, which included hiring an AC engineer to update all ductwork, registers, returns, etc. He confirmed that P&S had completed a botched job, including installing the incorrect roof jack, sub-standard Y connector, sealing the removed evap cooler incorrectly, and several major leaks in collars and ducts. After the re-work, there is a night and day difference. Our AC is noticeably more efficient. Sadly, the unit still rattles at startup (defective condenser fan motor) to remind us of a bad decision made years ago.

My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). Anthony came to repair a running toilet, which was cracked and not set correctly. He was amazing! Professional, polite he explained everything and even installed a low pressure valve outside which I didn’t fully appreciate until this morning. My bath water didn’t get cold half way through. ? I’m so pleased with the service I received. Jessica made it super easy to schedule! Prompt, reasonably priced and just good people.

Best experience ever with a Hays technician. Kevin was thorough with my AC maintanence & even found and fixed a problem that other techs had failed to detect. Answered all my questions and I learned quite a bit. Obviously takes pride in his work! Hays Kevin is a keeper!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
