I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

He quickly found the problem, and did a good job of explaining why in my case repair wasn't the best option. Trevor had a new unit up and running in just a few hours. Clean up and install were top notch.
