Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

I couldn’t be happier that we chose to work with Kenny at Acuity Builders. We had a big project/remodel after a flood and I never imagined my house would turn out this beautiful. The communication was hands down 5/5 stars. Kenny listened to what I wanted, never told me no and never tried to steer me in a direction that was just “so-so” just so that it would be easier for he and his team to complete in a timely fashion. We had a timeline, and it was met. His team is 100% reliable and dependable and they were all very friendly. Kenny was more than happy to fix any issues and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. It’s one thing to get the job done, it’s another to get it done right. I also felt that he was fair with what he charged for the work. This is a company you can trust and I’m so glad he was recommended to us. My husband told me he’d never let me remodel because he could never trust that the contractor would complete quality work. Then after we were forced to after the flood, I cringed at the thought, but the process couldn’t have been more positive. I highly recommend Acuity Builders.

I am completely shocked to how good this company was. It was amazing. If, just if I lived here and I ever had an water damage issue, I would immediately call these guys. So what had happened was that a friend of mine just had some disgusting mold all over his kitchen and none of us could've dealt with it. The group of gentlemen that came to the house was able to get rid of it within couple hours. Now that's amazing.
