Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. Not only did he install the new trim kits for the shower, tub and sinks efficiently, but he made suggestions, gave advice and solved other issues. Excellent experience. Toilet was leaking and Travis was able to come out same day to diagnose. Once I decided to mover forward with new toilet install Travis was out next day to complete the job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Don Osborn found a leak in a pipe in the wall in the laundry room which had been dripping on a pipe below it and weakening the second pipe.He repaired both pipes.He had to cut into the wall to access the leaks and did perfect cuts for the restoration people to do their work restoring the wet wall.

Hybrid water heater placed 3 years ago with prior home owner, still under warranty. Called several times this morning to their various phone numbers and left message and no response regarding our leaking water heater. Do not rely on them in emergency, had to go with a different company.

Fast service and professionalism all around! Will be using Johnco again for all future plumbing needs.

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

These are the greatest plumbers I've worked with in decades. They are attentive, fast, and excellent at their work, and their pricing is the best I have ever seen. They are also wonderful individuals. We utilised them twice in the last year and had the pleasure of dealing with them both times. These individuals are the gold standard.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
