We were referred to Aussie by another plumbing company who we normally use but was unavailable at the time we needed service. Aussie answered the phone when we called and was in constant contact via phone and text prior, during and after the service. All the staff was very professional and experienced and we would recommend using Aussie for your plumbing needs.

Giving them 1 star is too much. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst company ever. This company will send unqualified technicians to your house to work on technology that they don't understand. I know have to buy and replace parts on a Reverse Osmosis System that they installed incorrectly. Bad Service. Bad Knowledge. No Refund. I am making a complaint to the better business bureau.

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Amigo. The call was place thru Choice Warranty and Santos was at my home the very next morning to diagnose my garbage disposal. As I thought, it was broken and needed to be replaced, which Santos took care of at the appointment time.
Santos was great and my new disposal is performing well. Amigo and Santos are very knowledgeable and professional ... I wouldn't hesitate to refer them!!
