I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.

David came and unclogged our drain for a more than reasonable price. Asked him about changing out a coupling at the water meter and found the city is responsible after the city claimed it was our duty. I will be keeping champions number in my phone for future needs!!!



FYI to customers, if the city tells you it's "your side" get a second opinion we almost spent $500 we didn't need to

Matt and Jordan were very professional. They worked very hard to find our leak and repaired it quickly. They actually were available one hour earlier than expected , and they called to let us know they were in our area. I highly recommend them and we will use them again when we need a plumber.

I called and requested an estimate for electrical work, to my surprise Tony Vachal was dispatched out 30min after my call, talk about fast! Tony was very professional and courteous, brought his own rug and shoe coverings. I had the company do plumbing work for me about 3.5 years ago so always had them in the back of my mind for my next project. Tony provided me very detailed information on two projects and went over the pricing model in great detail mentioning all of the offerings and ways to save. I was very pleased with Tony's professionalism and custom service attitude. I told Tony that after I review the quote with my wife, we will definitely want to request Tony out to do the job for us. We had Robert come handle some repairs for us. When it was over, instead of being more stressed, we were totally relieved. Robert is the opposite of everybody else. He's not just really, really good at what he does, but he understands customer needs: he's on time, he talks through things and gives plenty of information, he's careful with your house, and he doesn't give you surprises on your bill. Plus his prices are very reasonable--he's not the cheapest low-baller in town, but he also isn't ripping you off like some of those larger companies. Hot water heater went out, called this place several times verified the number, but every time call went thru they just answered and hung up phone, very disappointed. Really thought with the good reviews I found a quality company to help. So far bumble bee and Parker and sons are just money hungry since they work for commish.
