Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Paul is awesome. Squeezed me in late on a Friday when my garbage disposal was losing it's mind. He showed-up and there was water all over the floor and sink. He got right to work and within an hour I had a new disposal and he was cleaning up the work area. Charged me a fair price. If I have any other plumbing issues, Paul is goint to be my man.

Really appreciate their attention towards our problem Technicians from Aqua Pro Plumbing Co went above and beyond to assist my wife with the packaging, which was greatly appreciated. They were also very knowledgeable about the system and were able to answer all of our questions.

Our AC went out (within the 2 year warranty), and I called up to get a repair scheduled. They told us the first opportunity for them to come out is in 10 DAYS!! Our living area is 87F right now, and it will only get hotter, any they want us to suffer for a week and a half! Awful service & support!

I was referred to Day and Night by a friend. They lived up to and exceeded the expectations that had been set for them. Lots of communication from the office, texts with a pic of their techs when they were on the way, and follow up communication after each visit. I had some duct work and maintenance done. That lead me to pull the trigger on a new unit. JB , my “comfort consultant” did an awesome job going over my different options and making the decision stress free. The techs that did my install, Eric and Louis, were friendly, courteous, and clean. Rickey, the tech I had out at first to do some extra duct work was awesome too. Everyone I have spoken with has been professional and friendly. They all sound like they really enjoy their job. That says a lot about a company. Strongly recommended.
