We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple "bundles" to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

My experience with Patrick Riley was phenomenal. I have always had great experiences with the techs that come out! Bo Lawerence was the tech who assisted me and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job. He was friendly, funny and professional. Highly recommend!!

Hays does not charge a service call fee, which is a good sign to me that the company cares about assessing problems in person, and developing long term relationships with clients. I wish we had called Hays for a plumbing home inspection instead of relying on a general home inspector, because Dan pointed out several issues that should have been noticed by the home inspector and are now causing us problems. Ask for Dan Viel; he is very knowledgeable and he understood my concerns about health issues regarding plastic tubing, fluoride, and reverse osmosis, and thoroughly explained different options to help reduce contaminates in our water. Dan spent a great deal of time going through our new-to-us home with me, answered all of my questions in layman's terms, and gave advice on issues we may want to DIY. He provided a detailed estimate of every current and potential issue—I received a written estimate for both necessary plumbing repairs and some day updates at various price points which we will use to decide what we will attempt to DIY, what to have fixed professionally right away, and what to plan to update in the next few years. We absolutely choose service companies based on their Google reviews and we're thankful to all who recommended Hays Plumbing here. We will stick with Hays for all plumbing needs.

The entire team has been most responsive and supportive throughout our restoration project. Myke the manager and Maria in the office were particularly professional, courteous, understanding, and efficient. James and Cameron, the technicians were prompt and completed their service professionally and cleaned up very nicely. Ace Home Services has come to my rescue on several occasions for air conditioning, plumbing and installation of new air-conditioning unit and new hot water heater. Plumbing problems were fixed. All technicians have been very polite and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Ace Home Services to anyone! Today I was with maintenance technician Richard Grijalva who came to for my seasonal air conditioner check. Richard explained the procedures and what he was looking for. He made recommendations for a different filter to help reduce the dust and power costs. He was very pleasant and helpful. Scott W. Came on 12/2/17 to check out a broken air conditioner drain pipe and discovered it was an old pipe that was no longer in use. He did recommend a starter for the air conditioner that will help reduce my monthly power bills and increase the life of the air conditioner. Very helpful and polite. On 7/16/18, Billy Stringer came and helped with replacing my thermostat control as it got broken while I was replacing the batteries. He found a compatible unit and had my air conditioning up and running in a very short time. He was very helpful and polite as well.
