Pleasant and helpful, Dane was very knowledgeable and came up with an excellent solution to the unreachable pipe in a matter of minutes. What a team! So glad to have these guys to call when I need them. My whole family has used DiamondBack Plumbing for years and will continue to do so.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Our water heater began leaking, and we called Water Heaters Only for emergency help on Thanksgiving Eve. Don Schad arrived in one hour with a brand new 50 gallon Rheem Professional gas water heater. He had the old one removed and the new one installed in two hours. He did a wonderful job and tidied up very nicely. We thought the price was very reasonable and the service response time was absolutely great. Thanks Don. You are the consumate professional in every respect.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Service was great. Our hot water heater went out and they replaced it the same day we called. Can’t remember the name of the plumber that came out but he was awesome. Would definitely recommend them.
