Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that.
