Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. From the women who work the phones to the gentleman (Austen) who did the maintenance, the Hays personnel are excellent. Clean, knowledgeable, on-time--all in all, very professional. They were recommended by my neighbor, who was very satisfied. My experience wa a very positive one as well. I will definitely try them for plumbing and hope their plumbers are as good as the A.C. person was.

I called Donley to come take a look at my AC unit when my wife and I first moved into our new home back in May 2013. I know that we had two old units and thought the tech would try to hard sell me on getting new units, but they never did. He informed me that the units were really old and not as efficient as newer models but no need to replace the units at that time.

I was shocked at the customer service I received from Jose. Jose serviced the units and added some freon. Before the tech left, he took the time to inform me of the best way to set the thermostat to be the most cost effective and what would put less wear and tear on the units. Jose told me that he had been working for Donley for over 18 years, and it was comforting to know that the company had a seasoned tech come to my house. I would highly recommend using their services. I have used Chas Roberts exclusively for my AC/HVAC services. I have never needed to look elsewhere as I have never had a bad experience with Chas Roberts. Nothing beats fast and excellent service when your AC has trouble in a Phoenix, Arizona summer.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Run from these Scammer as fast as you can. They take advantage of females. Offer you a service at outrageous price, they come back after a phone call with a ridiculous discounted price. Problem is, it's all a scam. Don't even call them.
UPDATE; They called today and asked me to call three different plumbers and get quotes, they would then beat the lowest quote by 10%. Why not charge a fair market price, without all the running around.
