I called last evening to have someone come to check out our problem. At 8:00am the next morning we had John ( the foreman) and Kerry come to our home to check It out. After a sewer scope the previous day from another company, we found our line to be in bad shape and needed to be fixed.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

My water heater leaked all over on New Year's day eve. I called my home warranty folks and they sent the call to Water Heaters Only. Got a call back quickly and Don the repair person showed up shortly thereafter with the exact water heater I needed. He was fast, efficient, very pleasant and got the job done right. He brought a few items up to code and explained to me why those upgrades were needed. He tested everything and cleaned up before he left. From the additions needed to install a sink and washing machine, to the drain repair thru the middle of my building a few years later he has saved my day a million times and he's so fast and good at what he does it's like magic.
