Terrible value for installing kitchen faucets. No estimate provided over the phone, but it's $69 for someone to whip out a book with install prices. Why couldn't this be provided over the phone? Prices felt predatory and not competitive at all. Even with a coupon, the total cost was way out of anybody's reasonable expectations. Sad to have recommended this to a family member, won't be returning.

Brandon Thomas had replaced a leaking mainline into our home a while back and did a fine job. He came back today on a free inspection and determined our water heater was 8 years old with a short life left. From other symptoms the heater was failing and we had him install a new one as well as replace 6 other water valves that had locked open and could not be closed. He replaced a washer water valve that was broken. We thought he would have to cut the sheetrock out and repair and repaint it. Brandon was able to fix it as it was with no sheetrock or any damage. Very good work.

We've used Zippity Split twice now. They are honest, professional, responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again as needed.

So, if anyone is needing to buy a new AC unit and wonders if going with the more expensive, energy efficient model really is the better unit-I can tell you it is worth every penny! After lots of research and weighing the pros and cons of purchasing, I invested in a variable-speed AC unit just over a month ago and just got my APS bill. I kept everything set exactly like we had with the older (15 year old) unit and I cut my bill almost in half. When comparing last year (kept at 78 degrees) to this year (kept at 76 degrees) and last month (kept at 76 degrees old unit) and this month (kept at 76 degrees) my bill was less than my equalizer payment and I have a credit already from APS. I never have a credit this time of year! Our house is always cool, less humidity and the machine is super quiet! I might be paying on the unit for a bit, but what I'm saving in electricity and getting in comfort is absolutely worth it, plus a 10 year warranty-can't be beat! Thank you Chas Roberts.

This company performed service ordered by Home Choice Home Warranty. After unblocking the blockage in the kitchen sink, they created water drip and refuse to repair because was not cover by the Home Warranty. It must be huge joke since they are the one to create the leak since there was no leak before they start working on the issue, it was just very slow drain so if there were any leaks it would show then. Service guy stated that it is not his responsibility to fix that leak and the connections are wrong. It took handymen 30 seconds to fix the leak by tightening the connections under the sink - of course another service fee needed to be paid to Handyman for the 30 second repair -what are joke.
There is no more pride in the profession – we will report this to Contractor Register Office for unprofessional treatment.
