Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. I have used option one Plumbing in the past and they were my 1st call to fix main water leak. Worker Fernando provided excellent service and explained steps taken to remedy situation.

Dispatch was friendly and communicative enough and the technicians were friendly, as well. Unfortunately, the service tech and his manager employed alarmist, high pressure sales tactics with my spouse, creating a great deal of panic where there was no need.

Was hours late on two out of two time frames quoted, which happens, but makes me suspicious that they are over-booked or under-staffed.
