I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

Lindsey, who handles all customer service, was also a pleasure to work with. When I scheduled the job, the crew that came out was amazing. They were very skilled and professional, and they even looked out for my dog while they were working! The work itself that they did was amazing and gave me peace of mind. They sent me videos of the newly lined pipes and they looked phenomenal. And the best part was that they did all this work without digging through my foundation, it was all trenchless using the NuDrain technology. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Peerless. From now on, they are the only plumbing company I will use and trust. I highly recommend them for any job, especially for a big ticket item like pipe relining. You won't regret it.

From when I originally called until Trevor finished up the job I had amazing and quick customer service. A day after the holiday isn't an ideal time for your water heater to break. Water Heaters Only arrived at my home within 2 hours after I called and was priced very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their Water Heater. Thank you to Trevor!

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
