Chaz Roberts installed the air conditioning units in our newbuild home in 2019 sometime in 2021 I called in to have the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms checked because it was 10° warmer than the rest of the house they came out for free and said they fixed it and the room was definitely cooler now fast forward to 2023 we have a newborn and are using a bedroom that we never go in, come to find out they turned off the air conditioning in that bedroom to force it to the other room so I had to call them back out to fix it so that my son does not get heat stroke in an air conditioned house.... They charged me $150 for a 2 minute visit(literally) to pull a piece of metal that was taped over the vent I have never felt so ripped off before. The tech said they have to charge that when people keep flip flopping rooms although I never would have done it in the first place if I would have known that they where doing that. I originally called to have a problem fixed which they put a Band-Aid on and didn't fix and now it cost me $150 two years down the road to undo what they said would fix the issue.Response to owner- I completely understand charging fair for work but $150 to remove a piece of metal that took two minutes and could have been explained over the phone shows the lack of integrity in you and your company the $89 trip charge should have more than covered the effort that went in to fixing this issue. I assure you I will not be reaching back out for any future needs and also emplor anyone reading this review to look up this company on (yelp 2 stars!!) ... you will think twice about using there service.This is from my original home inspection report showing the issue that was not fixed it says bedroom 2 and 3 have issues so you chose to redirect air from 2 to 3 to fix the issue??? Bo came out on super short notice, same day and was earlier than the promised window. He quoted me an incredibly fair price on a very tough job. He put in extra time and when he was short a part instead of doing what most guys would do and finish the job the next day he called another guy out to bring him the part. My kids got to sleep comfortably last night and thats priceless. Thank you Bo for going the extra mile.

I recently had an additional gas line run for a new oven. The sales person, Brad, completed the estimate quickly and accurately. Christine, the office administrator was very pleasant, professional and timely with with all communications. Their pricing was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.
