Best Annual Inspection in Phoenix AZ

This is the 2nd time Robin’s Plumbing has come out and saved our A**!1st visit was to fix our exploded tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable and quick with the repair/replacement.2nd was just now, New Year’s Eve day and we are one the middle of setting up to host a party. Not the best time for our Kitchen sink to back up. Damon was our and fixed our issue within a few hours. Party back on!!Thank you Robins Plumbing and Damon!

Have counted on BFPlumbing for years and this latest service was as excellent as usual. Clogged Master Bath toilet and bathtub. In the course of discovering that toilet removal and major snake would be required, associate Tzvi Asa replaced outside valves to restore considerable water pressure in my 67-year-old house. Mr. Asa was efficient, thorough, and informative about my options. Also, amiable and a pleasure to deal with. I can affirm 100% satisfaction. . . . Some weeks later, I am impelled to add superlatives to my original (and deservedly glowing) review: Mr. Asa returned with "The Plumbing King" Roger A. (sorry, can't find his card, but he evidently is renowned) and the two men spent a full day on a massive fix of my system. After back-breaking excavation, discovery and replacement of some medieval sections of outdoor pipe, and installation of two low-water-use toilets, The Two A-plus Mister A's presented me with a beautifully-running system. I was awed by their industriousness, thoroughness, and honesty about my options. It was a very pricey fix -- one that Daniela and her supervisors are being very understanding about, as I have a debt outstanding -- but worth every penny. What else can I say? Any homeowner confronted with such a crisis would be grateful for this company's skill and professionalism.My hero, Tzvi Asa, is back!! He came out today, 22 August, to perform a drain of my water heater. His thorough inspection of my plumbing system revealed ancient valves and hoses to my washing machine. In moments, he had gotten me scheduled -- this coming Thursday! -- for replacement of same. I am so proud of myself for having a protection/maintenance plan with Ben Franklin: peace of mind! And please give Mr. Asa a bonus: he certainly earned it!

Maritza was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me stop my toilet from flushing so that I could get a good night’s sleep. She stayed with me on the phone for the entire process when no other plumber would even answer my calls late Friday evening. I will definitely use her company in the future. Customer service just doesn’t get this good!

Ernest was on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything that past techs couldn’t answer. He spoke with my daughter to explain everything to her and guided us on our next steps.

First of all I want to say I have doing business with ACE for more than 8 years and absolutely satisfied until my recent experiences in 2018I have a maintinance contract and had requested my annual service call late February. The technician came out and after initial inspection went into his sales pitch to sell me a new unit. After providing his quotation for a new AC the technician was disappointed I did not sign for new unit as according to him 85-90% of his customers sign immediately! I told him I would think about it and proceeded to get 2 other quotations. Late March I called ACE and specifically told the Service Manager I was looking for his best price on a new unit as I had received lower quotations. He requested to send same technician here to check ducting. Anyways came back with a quote of 5% higher than they quoted me 30 days earlier. Technician first told me this was a much better AC unit and he wouldn't recommend the unit he quoted me 30 days prior. Then proceeded to tell me the ducting work was not included in prior quote which I quickly produced to show him it was. All said and done the technician told me I was wasting his time and would not have come to my place if he knew I was shopping. The most disappointing incident here is that after ACE did initial inspection and proceeded to tell me I absolutely required a new unit, they forgot to mention my refrigerant was 4lbs low(22%). After having another company recharge my system all is working well. Conclusion is I had a bad experience with a high pressure salesman acting as a technician

Two guys from RP gas came into gated property to plumb gas, then my new drill went missing from open garage. It was there at 8am, gone at 9am, obvious where it went.
