Best Annual Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I have been with Western Ext. for some years now. They have never let me down by being on time, professional and courteous. They found a termite trail in my house, treated for and have not seen one since. I have no complaints with them at all.

Impossible to reach locally. Only 800 number is listed on website. National guy said he needed customer number. Name and address of account not enough. No one called back. THIS IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY ANYMORE!

it was easy to schedule an appointment. The person doing the check called, as had been planned and arrived in a timely manner. The check up was thorough.

Bryce showed up on time and so nice and friendly. He scoped out what needed to be done to remove these bees. David showed up to help with the huge latter. This was hard to get to but Bryce made it look easy. Thank you Bryce and David. Thank you Bill for always being great as well. Bill had been spraying my house for over 2 years. The BEST!

We have used Contractors Termite Pest Control for years for monthly sprays and keep an annual termite warranty. They are awesome! TJ is our guy, and he is so easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! He is a true professional and always communicates with us for scheduling times, plus texts us when he is on his way and when he arrive ms because we have dogs. He always answers our questions too. He is very personable and an all around great guy you can trust. Can’t say enough about TJ & Contractors! I will continue to stay a customer for sure!

This company is now my forever pest control company as they know what they are doing and their products work! Also are pet and kid friendly! They take the time to listen to my concerns and help me understand what their products will do to eliminate the problem that I had.

Wonderful family owned business! Very responsive and got the job done. Had a major cricket and cockroach infestation and they took care of it fast. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
