Best Air Filter And Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a "deductible". First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.

Called several local plumbing companies and Lisa with Anthony’s plumbing was by far the best Custer service I received. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to accommodating my busy schedule. Fair pricing, fast service and a happy ending. Top notch business! We had our Air conditioner completely changed out a little while back When they came they were very professional about it and cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about trashing any of the bad equipment. Today I had Kevin come by and check on it for us. Not only did he greet me, he made sure to put booties on his boots to make sure there was no dirt tracking or germs coming into our home. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and even had a friendly conversation with me while doing it. He not only cleaned up his mess but also cleaned up extra dirt that was collected under the door between their visits. He then cleaned our lines for summer time and made sure that was all perfect and ready to go for us. He then checked the system outside as well and said he cleared up some of the weeds surrounding the machine. He was very professional, very friendly and made sure we knew what we needed to keep our air going great during the summer. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin as well.

Terrible service

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Day & Night AC installed AC & heating units for my sister’s new home. Company was very professional and all employees we encountered had excellent customer service skills. Installation crew worked efficiently as a team, answered questions willingly and politely, were very careful, covered floors with tarps, and were simply outstanding in all aspects. Company provided photo and text in advance about tech who would be calling to complete final inspection. Unbelievably good service. This was truly an impressive experience. They get our highest recommendation!

Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

We had ACE come out to work on our air conditioner and drain lines. Francisco was very respectful and professional. I like how he covered his shoes each time he walked in our house. Francisco also took the time to explain everything to me. We have been using ACE for several years now and have been very pleased with their service.
