Daniel came out to install a faucet, was quick with the work and good price. All turned out great and very pleased with the service.

Was placed on urgency list. They were able to respond within 24hrs. Rice was very polite and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about older home puppies that was helpful.

Everyone on the AP team gets a thumb up! Very professional from the first "Hello" to the last "Good Bye". When I called I was greeted warmly. When the technician was slated to arrived I got a reminder text of the appointment with a picture of the technician. BRAVO, and a text again

when he was 15 minutes out.

The tech, Anthony arrived nice, clean and polite. He wore a masked and practice social distancing. He fixed the problem easily and told my husband to prevent future problems what to do. An agreement was made that was more reasonable than their competitors. We will definitely use them again.

Had an issue with my fridge where the water was coming out of the back of the water dispenser on the freezer door. Brett and Destry came out within 24 hours so my kitchen wouldn’t flood. They were professional and very nice. Even interacted with my kids. Which most techs just ignore them. If I need any other repairs I hope this company gets contracted out to help me!!

Penguin Air Plumbing has excellent customer service. We have been members for a few years and they have gone above & beyond each time. Recently, we did some plumbing work - Jerry, Dakota and Carl were awesome. Great job to this team because this was the biggest project they helped us with so far.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

Getting the correct part has taken most of the Week. Troy was pleasant to work with. Parts were ordered wrong. Toilet still not in use after four days.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
