Igor from Universe Plumbing LLC came out this morning to replace a hot water system , he was on time and had great customer service and knowledge, from the start to the end I enjoyed my experience, reliable plumber you can trust would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

These guys are brutal. My house was built and plumbed by this company when built. I just called to see if they had replacement toilet lids and they can't find not one matching lid for my toilet. I have three toilets one of which has a mis match. The code for the toilet is the same on both different lids. However they cannot help me get the right one even though they put them in....took several phone calls to get ahold of them also. I sent the lady there an email of the right and wrong lid. Also pointed out that they both had the same identifying numbers on them. This was done to avoid them delivering the wrong lid. Of course...they brought the wrong one. Terrible experience with this business. I'm still without the right lid.....Go somewhere else.

RP Gas is great and organized company to work with. Christine is great to work with and is always so efficient. Schedule and timing are always what they say as well. Would definitely recommend them for whatever gas or propane job you have.
