Leak was repaired

Called to replace broken water heater at 8:00 a.m. and they scheduled me for the same day between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.. Don S. was the technician. He was running a little late and called to apologize. Did an awesome job and was very friendly and professional. Would use again in a heart beat.

Blue plumbers are reliable plumber. They were able to send someone out immediately to fix our problem, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. We appreciated the technician's professionalism and expertise, and we felt confident that the repairs were done correctly. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Austin.

I came home after being out of town for a week, to find half of the house flooded. I figured it must have been the washer hose or water heater. Unfortunately, the issue was under the house foundation.
After consulting a few companies that specialize on this type of repair, I was genuinely shocked at some of the unprofessional demeanor, as well as the price variations.
I keept on interviewing professional plumbing compancompanies. Im so HAPPY I did. That's when I came across Pete with Cool Water Plumbing.

Personal experience: They were beyond professional and super reasonable for the amount of work that was preformed.
Note: They basically rewired the main plumbing line into the attic and down between the walls to the inside manifold that feed the whole house.
3 individuals worked all day, none stop. In addition, with minimal collateral damage. Meaning, they did not damage drywall, floor etc.
Truly utmost impressed with this team!! I would unequvaquly recommend them to anyone!

I recommend Antonio because he's honest, genuine and hardworking. Sometimes people/companies will try and take advantage and overcharge you if you do not seem knowledgeable, not Antonio! He took the time to show me the issue and help get things done right in the most cost effective way. We even took care of things not intended just because of the trust and quality of his work. 5 stars and I have peace of mind to know I have a go to plumber!

The installation of the water softener and RO system was completed in under 3 hours, which was impressive. The technician worked efficiently to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that we understood how to use the systems. He was patient and thorough in his explanations, which made us feel confident that we could maintain the systems properly.

Tech is awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had an issue with our griddle and he did everything he could to try and help us find a new griddle and even tried to find a replacement part for it. HIGHLY recommend!! You will not be disappointed

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Spent over 12 hours (starting last night at 10 pm) trying to communicate via phone and email with this company to get them to fix my A/C today. Their online “scheduling” system does not work. Spoke with a lady this morning that said someone would be contacting me soon. After an hour and a half of no response, I called again. I had to reiterate all my information again only to be told they were booked up for weeks! Why not call and say that to start?! It’s a Friday in Phoenix during the hottest part of the year…I get it, but don’t waste people’s time by not communicating. Good news is that Desert Diamond came out within 2 hours and fixed the issue right away!

Do not use this company! They installed a brand new water heater a few months ago that stopped working. I called and left messages for over a week and no one bothered to call me back. And when they installed the water heater back in May, they left a huge mess in my driveway and gutter - parts and stuff like that. Need to be reported to BBB and ROC. Just horrible!

Plumber came out on behalf of my warranty company. I called about guest bathroom shower. First he said the handle isn't broken at all and one of the parts being completely loose and unattached was aesthetic so there is no coverage.

When I showed him the handle comes right off he accused me of breaking it in front of him and that he saw me mishandle it.

Then he said there was no coverage because the fixture isn't original (it doesnt have to be original for coverage to apply). Then he said the wrong joint was used for the shower head so that wasn't covered and for the same reason that it also wasn't original. The house is over 20 years old why would it be original?! Most items included in warranties are not!

Then he said well only shower head is included in his order and not the handle so I have to submit a different work order and pay again. No, I called about the guest shower and the guest shower needs to be fixed.

He was getting upset because I countered each of his claims that it wasn't covered based on the my contract in hand. The plumber was very aggressive when I countered back until i told him be needed to stop shouting at me in my home. He lingered in my garage on the phone for another 20 minutes before I told him he needs to leave my premises I'm very uncomfortable with his conduct.
