Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The technician arrived promptly. After assessing the situation, he called me and told me that 3 different parts needed to be replaced. The total eastimate was $881. I felt like he was “selling” me. I called a tech from another company. He said the only problem was the thermostat and $150 later, the unit was up and running. I will not use this service again because I don’t trust them. Btw, I have 13 properties in the valley, so not my first experience with repairs.

No call no show

I had Troy install a new tankless water heater and two years later I had some plumbing work done at my house with a different plumbing company and he informed me that the water heater was not installed correctly. There was no relief valve and recirculating line was not connected. The pump which is the main component to this type of water heater was not connected either. I tried calling several times but would not return calls. Please stay away from this company.
