Best Residential Drain in Phoenix AZ

I have used Wild West 3 times including once to replace my hot water heater. They are the best. They are on time, keep you informed, price things fairly, and just genuinely nice people. If you need a plumber, call Wild West. You will be glad you did.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

They came out as part of a home warranty call on a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced under warranty. Having had both 1/3hp and 1/2hp disposals in the past, I knew I wanted a 1/2hp to cut down on noise. They offered a 1/2hp upgrade for $169 on top of my $75 service call and on top of what the warranty covered. I was reluctant because I had purchased and installed a very nice, quiet Insinkerator for $200 a few months prior on my previous home, but I needed to have the work done. When they finished and left, the disposal was quite loud and sure enough they had installed the 1/3hp Waste King model. I called and they convinced me that it was an honest mistake. They came back and corrected it a couple of days later. However, the disposal is pretty loud compared to Insinkerator models available at the big box stores and after searching online for the Waste King model they finally installed, they charged around a 100% markup on the disposal unit. It has to be a markup because the warranty covered the replacement. I'm not sure what the warranty company paid, but between the service call and the upgraded unit, I was about $50 over what I could have done it for myself for a much nicer disposal. I can only imagine the profit margin made off me that week. If I wasn't in the middle of unpacking from a move I would have just done it myself and now I know I should have. I suggest doing your homework on the parts they are installing when possible to check for ridiculous markups.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.
