These guys are AMAZING! I just called Moon Valley Plumbing today because my hot water heater literally exploded. I had no idea what to do and my entire balcony was being flooded with water.

The lady who took my call (Pam) was so helpful and nice and got someone out to me in literally a few minutes.

Kenny, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my options and gave me really good advice on what I needed to do and even a referral for someone to come dry out the room so I didn't have to deal with mold. He didn't try to gouge or up-sell me on anything and went out and bought spare parts that I needed for me because I wasn't sure of what to get.

I'm blown away by this company. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and the experience literally could not have been better. They took a really negative situation and made it a positive experience for me. I'm grateful and could not recommend them more. Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing!

We called Antonio out to inspect the pipes of an old house before we purchased it. We needed to know what the pipes were made of. The report he gave us said “probably ABS”. We were concerned with this report because we cannot put our money into “probably”. He said he was sure it was ABS but refused to put it in writing. We worked with him to come out again, this time my husband was watching him work. He said he was feeding the camera under the house and my husband pointed out that his camera was clearly going in the opposite direction of house. My husband is not a plumber but he had to explain to Antonio how the direction of the pipes worked. Turns out the pipes were NOT made of ABS and lied to us about going under the house in the first place. Then when we asked him to check out the pipes from inside the house he refused saying “his camera was not good enough”. I would highly recommend not hiring him!

I live in a small house with one bathroon in the middle of Phoenix, and older home with plumbing that could be just as vintage. Last week we started having problems with the sink not draining and after playing phone tag with anoth plumbing company we contacted Alan's. They came out right away and cleared the problem. Little did we know at the time that would create a problem with the tub and toilet. They came back the next day as cleared the line again. The problem seemed to be gone from our lives until Friday night, when the toilet and bath started backing up again. We contacted Danny the plumber who was out previsously and he made it a point to come out free of charge on a saturday morning to help us out. He was so sweet, he took his time to explain what he felt could be the problem. We was able to fix the blockage and recommend some additional steps we could take to ensure that the problem would cease. I trust him and Alan's and would call them again if anything was to arise.
